- My appointments: Ask “When is my next appointment, and where do I go?”
- Ask about my care (RAG): Ask “What do I need to stop taking before my surgery?” or “Was my blood test okay?” — the answer is retrieved from the patient’s own letters and results, with the source shown.
- Hospital information: “Where do I park?” works without verifying.
